Registration accepted from residents of Bishopstoke, Fair Oak, Horton Heath, areas of Colden Common and Durley.
Disabled Access
The surgery has wheelchair access via the front entrance with an adjacent parking space. All consulting rooms are on the ground floor and accessible by wheelchair. There is a toilet for disabled patients. Receptionists are able to assist all patients with disabilities and welcome requests for assistance.

Practice Nurses
We have a team of practice nurses who provide a comprehensive range of services for our patients. If you wish to see the practice nurse please make an appointment. Health Visitors
The health visitor team is trained in promoting health for all age groups. They can be contacted on 023 8062 7961
Midwives
The midwives share the care of all our pregnant mothers and visit the homes of new babies after delivery. Messages may be left for them by telephoning the surgery.
District Nurses
Community based nurses provide skilled nursing care to people within their own homes. The hospital will normally arrange for a nurse to call on patients discharged early who still require nursing care. Contact them directly on 023 8060 1377
