Due to contamination risks from coronavirus, we will not be giving repeat prescriptions out in paper. If you have not already done so, you will be asked to nominate a pharmacy to receive your prescription. You can change pharmacies if you change your mind.
We have an online service which you can register for by ringing reception. All new patients are automatically registered for this service. You will be able to book appointments and request repeat medication as well as view some details of your medical records (if you have made this preference) with one login and password.
We do not accept requests by phone.
Please allow 72 hours (excluding Saturday/Sunday and bank holidays) for preparation and signature.
Collection services are offered by:
- Lloyds Pharmacy Fair Oak
- The Village Pharmacy Fair Oak
- Wainwrights Chemist, Bishopstoke
- Colden Common Pharmacy
